Fried Chicken Drippings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3-heaping Tbs.self rising flour
2 -cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Use all the drippings from frying the chicken.Add
the flour (more if you have a lot of drippings)salt
and pepper.Stir it all together until smooth and
browned,then add the milk(more or less) until thick.
Taste to adjust seasoning.
