1/2 -cup self rising flour
1-cup self rising corn meal
2 or 3 tsp. sugar( I use splenda )
1-small onion (chopped )
1-egg
3/4 can cream corn
4-cups oil to deep fry

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to 340 ,drop by tbsp.into hot oil,if they do not turn over by themselves in the oil,flip them over with a spoon. When brown remove each puppie
with a slotted spoon,and drain on a paper towel.
