1 Graham Cracker crust
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest (grated lemon peel)
2 egg yolks (beaten)

Meringue: 2 egg whites beaten with 1 - 2 tsp. sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients except pie crust. Blend. Pour into pie crust and bake until crust is slightly brown and pie is set. Top with meringue; return to oven to brown meringue: 5 - 8 mins.
