3/4 lb fine coconut
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 Strawberry Jelly powders
1/2 tsp red food coloring
1 tbsp powdered sugar (fruit sugar)
Directions:

Mix Coconut & 1 1/2 pkg jello powder with condensed milk & food coloring. Form into shape & roll in remaining jello and sugar

Tint toothpicks green and add to the top
