Pork Chops
Onions sliced
Green Peppers cut in squares
Potatoes cubed
Marinara Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in small amount of oil. Fry green peppers and sliced onions. Par boil potatoes chunks. Put chops in casserole and top with peppers and onions. Put potato chunks on top. Pour sauce all over and around mixture. Add a little water.

Bake 45 minutes at 350.
