11/4 cups of water
3/4 cup of uncooked couscous
1/4 cup of sliced green onions
2T. of finely choped fresh parsely
2T. of orange juice
1t. of grated lemon rind
1T. of fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. of salt
1/4 t. of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let it stand for 5 minutes.
2. Fluff with a fork. Stir in onions and remaining ingredients. Serves 4.
