1/2 c. oil
4 squares melted chocolate
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, mix with oil and sugar. Blend with 1 egg at a time until well blended. Add vanilla, stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Refrigerate for several hours. Roll rounded teaspoon of dough into ball and roll into confectioners sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
