2 T. bourbon
1 T. teriyaki sauce
3 T. maple syrup
2 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 chili powder
24 jumbo shrimp
6 very thin slices prosciutto

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients. Whisk together in small bowl. Peel shrimp, leaving tails in tact. Add shrimp to maple marinade. Toss to coat, let stand 5 minutes, toss again. Remove shrimp and discard marinade.
3. Cut each prosciutto slice into 4 strips. Wrap one strip around each shrimp. Thread 6 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers.
4. Place skewers on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil shrimp about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 4.

Serve with Lemon Couscous. This is a great party entree as shrimp can be prepared ahead and broiled at the last minute. If making ahead, brush the shrimp again with marinade just before broiling.
