Dry Rub
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup other spices to taste (garlic, more chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, etc)

Depends how spicy or sweet you want your ribs....determines your last 1/4 cup

BBQ Sauce

I bottle Open Pit BBQ sauce
Honey
Teriyaki sauce
Worcestershire sauce

One day before cooking, mix all ingredients together and rub on both sides of ribs. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Pour one bottle of beer of choice into bottom of pan, cover with foil.

Slow cook at 300* for 3-4 hours until meat starts to pull easily from bone.

Mix BBQ sauce ingredients together....again, add spices to taste

Put ribs on the grill and brush with sauce several times. Cook until crisped.

Cut into 2 rib pieces and serve with paper towels!

Everything can be done ahead of time and just thrown on the grill and basted with BBQ sauce just before serving.
