3 egg
1 & 1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
2 T. lemon juice
1 tsp lemon extract
3/4 C. chopped pecans
1- 9" pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, melted butter, lemon juice & extract, mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into shell. Bake 350º for about 45 min. or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
