1 3 oz Cream Cheese
2 Green Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 C Crabmeat (finely chopped)
1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
16 Wonton Wrappers
Oil for Frying
Sweet/Sour Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add onions, crab and garlic mix well. Place about 1 1/2 Tsp in the center of each wonton wrapper; moisten edges with water; fold opposite corners over filling and press to seal. Deep fry at 375 for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towel. Serve with sweet/sour sauce.
