1 cup unsifted flour
1tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp. milk

Raspberry jam

Topping :
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups flake coconut
Mix together and spread on top of jam.

Use an 8x8 greased pan.
Cut butter into dry ingredients, add 1 egg and milk: spread in greased 8x8 pan. Cover with Raspberry Jam then cover with the Topping. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. cool in pan and cut into bars 1" by 2".
