3 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. Brazil nuts, cut
1/2 lb. pecan halves
1/2 lb. English walnuts, chopped coarsely
1/2 lb. candied cherries, cut
1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, Karo and cream and boil to soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat at once, it will thicken and change color.
Add vanilla and continue heating until very thick.
Pour over fruit and nuts and mix well.
Press into two wax paper lined loaf pans using a wet spoon.
Refrigerate and slice after 24 hours, keeps for several weeks in fridge.
