1 lb round loaf sour dough bread, unsliced
1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded or sliced
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c chopped green onion
1-3 tsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in 1 inch squares, almost to bottom, but do not cut through. Put cheese in all slits. Mix butter, onion and poppy seeds and pour over bread and cheese. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 min in 350 oven. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Pull apart to eat.
