3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 T. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13" X 9" pan.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in cold water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix by hand for a moister cake.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.

This recipe is from 7th grade Home Ec class. My friend and I made this with her mother's help at her house as a project. I use this recipe often. It's great with cream cheese icing.
