1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red Chile flakes
1/2 cup white or sweet onion, diced small
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 T. fresh garlic minced
1 T. dried oregano

Pour tomato sauce into a bowl with water and stir, add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well. Add more water to reach desired thickness, Store in a glass jar or airtight container.
