1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; then add egg yolk. Gradually add flour; then add vanilla. Roll into small ball cookies and flatten down with a fork.(Don't grease the pan.) Chocolate may be added on top. Bake at 375 F. for 10 - 15 minutes.
