2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2tbsp. hot water
2-2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (300 g.) Hershey Chipits milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven @ 375ºF . Beat 2/3 cup melted butter with 2cups of light pack brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2tbsp. hot water , mix well. Stir in 2-2/3 cup all purpose flour , 1 tsp. baking powder , 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. salt and mix well. Stir in 1 pkg. of the chocolate chips . Drop from a small spoon onto a parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
