Cream butter and sugar with hand mixer.
Add egg and mix with a wooden spoon.
Add dry ingredients..mix with a wooden spoon.

Roll to size of a walnut and put on parchment lined cookie sheet. I use my melon baller.

Bake 3-5 mins @ 350 º

The original recipe says 3 mins. at 375º. This was too hot in my oven. This recipe will call for some trial and error!

FILLING:
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. custard powder
6 tbsp. icing sugar

Mix together and when balls are cool, put together with filling.

Sometimes a bit of cream is needed to achieve the right consistency.
