Ingredients:
1 Beef Brisket approximately 4-5 lb.
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper freshly ground
1 14oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray your crock pot with non stick spray. Combine brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the brisket. Let the meat sit for 15 to 20 minutes to absorb the seasonings. Next, transfer the meat to the crock pot. Combine ketchup, vinegar, 2 tbsp. cranberry sauce, and worcestershire sauce in another small bowl. Save the rest of the cranberry sauce in the refrigerator for later. Pour the mixture and 1/4 cup water over the brisket. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Move the brisket to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the cranberry sauce to the crock pot and mix with the drippings. Slice the brisket, return to the crock pot, and warm in the cranberry mixture for 20 minutes. Place on a serving dish, and spoon some of the combined cranberry sauce over it.
