1 lb. bulk pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 8x12 casserole and leave overnight in refrigerator.

Keep at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake in a 350 F. oven for 45 minutes.

This is a wonderful brunch item....or have it already and serve on Christmas morning. My girls like it garnished with fresh rosemary added on top before baking.
