1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain & set aside excess fat.
Melt butter in saucepan. Slowly add flour, stirring constantly to form brown roux. Pour in beef broth and mix. Mixing well, add ground beef.
Serve over biscuits, toast, or potatoes. (maybe rice also)
