1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 T. prepared mustard
4 boned, skinned chicken breast halves
2/3 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix together mayo, cheese and mustard. Brush onto each chicken breast and then roll and pat into the cornflake crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
