3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. (1/2 stick) butter flavor Crisco
1 - 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 - 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping tsp. 2" apart onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for ~ 7 - 8 mins.
