6 tart, red apples, diced. Don't peel.
1 C. thinly sliced celery
3/4 C. drained pineapple chunks
1/2 C. diced cheddar cheese
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sour cream
1 tsp. vinegar
1 T. prepared horseradish (or less)
dash tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the diced apples, celery, pineapple and cheese in salad bowl.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients to blend and toss well with apple mixture. Chill.
