1 C. chopped onion
4 tsp. oil
3 C. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1-1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 tsp. dried parsley, divided
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until just tender, not browned.
Whisk together the milk, eggs and oil until combined. Add the onions and 1 C. of the cheese and 4 tsp. parsley.
Spread batter into 2 greased 9' round pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough nicely browned.
