1# lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 C. salsa
1 env. Taco seasoning mix
1 C. frozen corn
CRUST:
1 C. cornmeal
1 can evaporated milk
1 4-oz. can diced chilies
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion in skillet. Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients, cook one minute and pour into 2 qt. shallow casserole.
CRUST:
Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended; pour over meat mixture,
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
