6 lbs. Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
1/2 stalk Celery, chopped
2 medium Onions, Chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups Catsup
1-2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1-2 tbsp. Barbeque Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
3 tbsp. Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1-1/2 cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a well greased roasting pan. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour sauce over meat. Cover the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 hours. (Check at the 3 hour mark - you may need to add more water. Make sure meat is covered well in sauce.)

Once done, shred the meat with 2 forks and serve on buns (I use the bakery buns, like Kaiser's).
