2 c. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. red bell pepper (chopped)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
(I use sharp cheddar- 8 oz.)
1/2 c. original Bisquik Mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 1/2 inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Mix broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate and bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes
