1 cup shortening
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1(20 oz.) can crushed pineapple ( do not drain )

SUGAR AND SPICE TOPPING
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, vanilla and pineapple. Drop by rounded tsp. 2 inches apart, on cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops of cookies with sugar and spice topping. Bake in 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
