1 pkg. Fried Rice-A-Roni - Almond Flavor
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Small jar marinated Artichoke Hearts
2 small cans sliced black olives
3 chopped green onions
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c mayonaise
1/2 cup smoked almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cool Rice-a-roni, add water chestnuts, olives, green onions, green pepper. Dressing: 1/2 cup mayo thinned with artichoke juice. Mix evening before using. Just before serving add smoked almonds.
