1 lb. thinly sliced beef sirloin
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tblsp. margarine
6 oz mushrooms (sm. can)
6 scallions thinly sliced
1 can Franco-Am. gravy (I use package gravy)
1/3 cup light sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all ingredients except sour cream. When cooked add sour cream and warm. Put over rice or pasta.
