1 cup flour
1 egg yolk
4 Tblsp. beer (drink the rest)
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tblsp. milk
6 Tblsp. cold water
2 egg whites
Garlic salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour flour into large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add egg yolk, beer & salt. Stir until well mixed. Gradually pour in combined milk & water. Continue to stir until batter is smooth. Beat egg whites until wavy peaks form, when it lifts from the bowl, fold into batter.
Wash fillet of fish, cut in 3x5" pieces in cold water. Dry & dip into the batter. Remove battered fish. Place in frying pan with cooking oil. Cook at about 375 until brown.
