4-5 lbs Brisket
1 can Beer
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Chili Sauce
1 large Onion
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix Beer, Sugar, and Chili Sauce. Pour over brisket. Slice onion onto brisket and sprinkle with Garlic Salt.

Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 5 hours.
