Ingredients:  
3 or 4 slices bacon cut into little pieces
2 or 3 Tblsp. chopped onion
2 or 3 Tblsp. chopped celery

1 tsp sugar
salt & pepper
2 oz water
2 oz vinegar

1/2 head lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon, save 2 teaspoons of grease., add onion and celery and saute. Mix sugar, salt, pepper, water & vinegar, bring to boil and boil 2 or 3 minutes. Pour over sliced lettuce. Toss
