4 to 6 lb. pot roast
garlic cloves
salt & Pepper
2 or 3 cup broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut slits in roast. Insert garlic cloves. Salt & pepper roast.Brown in a dutch oven (both sides). Add 2 or 3 cups broth or water. Simmer for 3 hours on stove top. Make gravy with left over drippings.
