3 pounds spare ribs
1/2 cup brown sugar
sprinkle of powdered mustard
1 teaspoon ajinomoto (MSG)
1/4 cup Catalina Dressing
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add ribs and brown sugar into pan.
2. Sprinkle powdered mustard over ribs.
3. Add ajinomoto, Catalina Dressing, and ketchup.
4. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
5. If sauce does not thicken, add more brown sugar.
