10 Cups Fresh Broccoli
(steam for 10 minutes)
1 Large Onion
3 Cans Chicken Broth
1/2 Tsp. Tarragon
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Milk
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cmbine chopped broccoli, onions, chicken broth,
tarragon in large 5 qt. pot- bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes. Turn to low and add cream, milk, season with salt to taste.
