3 - 4 large red potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
1 small onion chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender but still in chunks. Add diced onion, salt and plenty of black pepper. Blend. Fold into a greased baking pan and bake until golden brown.
