6 c. tomatoes
1-1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. anaheims
1 c. green pepper
3/4 c. jalapeno (about 4 or 5)
1-3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 T salt
1 T cumin
1 T oregano
1 tsp. tumeric
dash of garlic powder

Put vinegar in blender with jalapenoes. Mix. Bring other stuff (except tomatoes) to boil for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook another 10 minutes. Put in jars, seal, waterbath for 5 minutes.

I used canned tomatoes and drained them, then measured. I use one big green pepper and some cilantro too.
