1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans



Filling:
1 c. hot milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping:
1 c. whipped cream
2 T. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Oven - 350º.

Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt, and eggs; beat 1 min. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 for 40-55 min. (until center is puffed and golden brown). Cool for 1 hour.

In blender, combine all filling ingredients - blend 1 min. until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours - Gently stir. Pour over pecan mix.
Refrigerate until firm.
