1 1/4 cup graham crackers (crushed),
1/4 cup sugar,
1/4 cup melted butter,
Mix together and form crust in greased pan or pie plate--large,
Chill until firm, then fill

1 lb cream cheese (12 oz),
1/2 cup sugar,
3 eggs,
3/4 tsp. vanilla,
Follow the directions below then work with the topping.
TOPPING
1 cup sour cream,
1/4 cup sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the above well, place on cooled cake, in 450 degrees oven-----10 minutes
Refrigerate 6-7 hours before serving overnight is better

Cream the cream cheese and sugar until smoother, add 1 egg at a time, until smooth, add vanilla, and grated rind of 1 lemon.
Beat until all lumps are gone. Place in pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove quickly from oven and spread 1 pt sour cream over top of filling, Bake 5 min. longer----The last min. raise to 475. Place in cool place for 15 min. Remove from oven, cool, place in refrigerator overnight.
