1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. white sugar
1 egg
2 c. grape-nuts
1 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Oven - 375º.

Mix flour, baking soda. Beat butter in large bowl. Gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mix, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cereal, oats, and cranberries.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Beat 8 min.
Cool 1 min - remove to wire racks.
Cool completely.
