3 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. cooked rice
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 slightly beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Use a wok or large skillet for this recipe. Fry bacon on MEDIUM-HIGH; remove and drain on paper towels. Cool bacon and crumble. Stir fry onion in bacon grease in skillet for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir fry for 7-8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LO. Pour eggs on top of rice mixture. Stir fry of 3-4 minutes or until egg is cooked. Reduce heat to LO for serving.
