5 to 5-1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
2 eggs at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Sir milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of flour into yeast. Mix until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to handle easily. Knead, let rise, shapeinto oblong 15x9. Spread with 2 T softened butter and sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Roll up tightly. Cut roll into 1" pieces. Place in greased 13x9 pan. Cover and let rise until double, 35 to 40 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with white icing.
