3½ pounds pork loin back ribs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup cola
2/3 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into 2 - 3 rib portions and put in slow cooker. Sprinkle each portion with salt and pepper. Spoon cola over top, being careful not to wash off the seasonings. Cover and cook on Low for 7 - 8 hours, or until ribs are tender. Drain liquid. Pour barbecue sauce into slow cooker. Mix gently with ribs so the meat is coated. Cover and cook on Low for 1 hour, or until ribs are glazed.
