6oz Strawberry Yogurt (can use FF)
6oz Lemon Yogurt (can use FF)
1-20 can Crushed Pineapple in own juice (drained well)
1-8oz tub Cool Whip (completely thawed-can be lite or FF)
1-Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Fresh Strawberries to decorate (optional)

Directions:
Drain pineapple, squeeze out excess juice, leave draining, set aside. In a medium sized bowl stir together both yogurts until well blended. Add drained pineapple and stir. Fold in thawed cool whip until well mixed. There should not be any pockets of cool whip. Put entire contents of the bowl into the pie crust shell. Decorate top with fresh strawberries if desired. Cover with lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to give it time to set. Serve chilled. Makes 8 servings.

*Options: Can also be made as individual servings using 3" graham pie shells.
Hawaiian Yogurt Pie- coconut and pineapple yogurt and top with toasted coconut.
Blueberry Surprise- 2 blueberry yogurts and put in chocolate graham cracker crust. Top with fresh BB's. Can substitute lightly pureed fresh BB's for pineapple, swirl through blended cool whip mixture.
Coffee Yogurt Pie-use coffee yogurt and add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee place in an Oreo pie crust, top with toasted nuts of choice. Can omit pineapple if desired, but gives it some texture.

This is a great summer treat, light and airy and could be semi-low cal if you use light/SF/LF/FF ingredients. It will still taste as good.
