2 eggs
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1-1/2 c. sugar (part brown ok)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add pineapple, sugar, flour, and soda. MIx by hand - Don't use electric mixer. It beats in too much air. Add nuts. Pour into ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Other canned fruits can be used. This is moist - Not really cake like.
