2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
1 nectarine or peeled peach, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Generously grease bottom and sides of 9" pie pan, set aside. (Do not use spray coating)

In Small Mixing bowl combine flour, milk and eggs. Beat well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till puffed and golden.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat pie filling till warm. Spoon into center of puffed pancake. Top with nectarine slices. cut into wedges with table knife.
