2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
3 T sour cream
1 c. mincemeat
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Cream butter with brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add sour cream. Fold into flour mixture. Fold in mincemeat and walnuts. Turn into butter 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes. Turn onto wire rack and cool thoroughly.
